Bought is in cases of 12 bottles. Sold is drinks and shots. Demand compares what was sold with how many drinks the purchase could pour: High is 50% or more, Steady is 20% to 50%, Low is under 20%. These are sample figures for the sample bar.

File format: one row per item with two columns, Item and Status (In stock or Out of stock). A quantity column also works: more than 0 counts as in stock. CSV and Excel files both work.
